Bliss 2010
Since 2004 Bliss has developed into a small sailing school and resource center for studying for the Small Vessel Operator’s Permit required of those who want to sail keel boats in Japan.
Bill’s Little Informal Sailboat School offers American Sailing Association certified instruction of basic sailing courses in Osaka Wan, Japan. Instruction is in English and it is more of a coaching environment than group instruction. Basic sailing instruction may be offered independent from ASA certification. The Juku offers study materials and resources to sit those who want to sit for their 2nd Class Small Vessel Operator’s Permit. The Juku offers four essays directed at specific sections on the written and practical exams and 3 catalogues of exam questions which have appeared on past exams. Juku also presents several pages of information to assist clients through the application process.
