Most of your class time will be on the water and what we do will reinforce what you have studied in your textbook. Bliss assumes you will study the textbook before you come to the boat and to help you do that, study guides will be provided for each course you take. These study guides focus your study on the ASA stated skills for that level. In addition, there will be several ‘Cheat Sheets’ on special topic that will summarize the steps you will take to complete a task with confidence.

You will have more material, information and skills to absorb than you will have time. One of the secrets of sailing is that all of us are constantly learning this sport. That’s why we’ve put together additional study tools to make your time aboard efficient and productive.

The ASA exam is challenging. So let us help you excel in the exam process. What you learn with Bliss you may take on to another school and we want you to be a good representative of our instruction.

Our Study Guides provide you a way of getting through a lot of material in a short period of time.
